General Rate Increase Westbound from India (Zone 1) and Pakistan to North Europe & Mediterranean

Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates from India (Zone1) and Pakistan to North Europe & Mediterranean as from June 1, 2012.
We would like to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd will increase the rates in the trade from India (Zone 1) and Pakistan to North Europe and the Mediterranean by:
- USD 200 per TEU effective June 1, 2012
Applicable for all shipments from India (Zone 1) and Pakistan to all North Europe and Mediterranean (excluding South and West Africa) destinations.
India Subcontinent Zone 1 comprises the West Coast ports of India (Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Delhi) and Pakistan.
North Europe comprises North West Continent, the U.K., Scandinavia, Baltic and European ports of Russia.
Mediterranean comprises the West Mediterranean, East Mediterranean, Black Sea and North Africa.
