Hapag-Lloyd likes to inform you that an Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) will be implemented.
We would like to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd will implement an Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) of RM 150 per TEU with effect from May 15, 2011 which will be applicable for all shipments from Malaysia to the following destinations:
Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Cambodia, People’s Democratic Republic Lao, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, China (PRC), Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.
The Merchant is responsible for all necessary clearances and licenses (as per Clause 12 Hapag-Lloyd Bill of Lading/Sea Waybill Terms and Conditions).
