How to send a tracing e-mail request?
Fill in "Tracing:" and add up to 3 container numbers into the subject line, separated by a semicolon ( ; ).
Example: "Tracing:HLXU1234567;HLCU8888888"
What does the tracing reply look like?
One e-mail is sent out per container. The tracing e-mail contains exactly the same information shown in "Tracing by Container" on the website.
