General Rate Increase – India Sub-Continent to USA/Canada Trade

Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates effective May 1, 2012
We would like to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd has decided to implement the following General Rate Increase (GRI) for all dry, reefer, flat rack and open-top containers from India Sub-Continent to all Canada and USA destinations, to become effective as from May 1, 2012 (date of cargo receipt at origin), as set out below:
- Scope: India to all Canada and USA Destinations
20' standard container USD 400/20’
40' standard container (40' x 8'6") USD 500/40’
40' high cube container (40' x 9'6") USD 565/40’HC
45' container USD 635/45’ - Scope: Sub-Continent (Pakistan / Sri Lanka / Bangladesh) to all Canada and USA Destinations
20' standard container USD 320/20’
40' standard container (40' x 8'6") USD 400/40’
40' high cube container (40' x 9'6") USD 450/40’HC
45' container USD 506/45’
