Jakarta Terminals – Reefer Yard Congestion and Plugs Shortage

Hapag-Lloyd likes to inform you that an import permit is necessary for booking acceptance of refrigerated fish and beef shipments to Jakarta.
We would like to inform you that with immediate effect booking acceptance of refrigerated fish and beef shipments to Jakarta is subject to the following valid import permit:
- SPP (Surat Persetujuan Pemasukan / Letter of Import Permit) issued by Directorate General of Livestock, Ministry Agriculture for beef commodity.
- P2HP (Pemasaran dan Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan / Fisheries Product Marketing and Processing) issued by Directorate General of Fisheries Product Marketing and Processing, Ministry of Marines Affairs and Fisheries for fish commodity.
- Terminals will accept the discharge for other commodities such as fruits, vegetables and food accordingly.
Please note that any costs or penalties that may arise from non-compliance are for the account of the cargo.
