Further to our Customer Letter of April 23, 2010 we would like to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd has published several Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the EU 24 hour rule on its website.
These FAQs are intended to support preparation for the upcoming EU provisions effective December 31, 2010 for inbound cargo on vessels to Europe.
The FAQs will provide information about the basic principles of the EU 24 Hour Rule and present the Hapag-Lloyd solution how to handle the requirements:
