General Rate Increase – Far East Eastbound

Hapag-Lloyd announces Rate Increase effective April 1, 2010

Please be advised that Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates on all containerised cargoes from all of Europe consisting of North Europe, West Mediterranean, East Mediterranean and Black Sea to East Asia (including Japan) by:

USD 125 per TEU with effect from April 1, 2010

East Asia is defined as being the countries of Japan, Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China (PRC), Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Brunei, and Russian Pacific Coast Providences of Vladivostok and Vostochny.
